Modern Slavery Act

Modern Slavery Act Statement
Effective Date: November 2021

This statement is made in accordance with Section 54(1) of the Modern Slavery Act 2015 and sets out the steps Eltron Europe Ltd has taken to prevent modern slavery and human trafficking within our business and supply chains.

While our annual turnover is below the mandatory threshold of £36 million, we fully support the principles of the Act and choose to voluntarily publish this statement as part of our ethical commitment.

Our Position on Modern Slavery

Modern slavery is a serious crime and a violation of basic human rights. It includes slavery, servitude, forced or compulsory labour, and human trafficking — all of which involve the exploitation of people for personal or commercial gain.

Eltron Europe Ltd has a zero-tolerance policy towards modern slavery and human trafficking. We are committed to conducting all of our business dealings with integrity, transparency, and ethics, and to implementing robust systems and controls to ensure slavery or human trafficking does not occur in any part of our organisation or supply chains.

Our Commitments

  • We require the same high standards from all our suppliers, contractors, and partners.
  • Our agreements include explicit clauses prohibiting forced or trafficked labour, including child slavery.
  • We expect our suppliers to apply these standards across their own supply chains.
